InnoFund is open to young entrepreneurs aged 18–35 who are leading or co-leading a business. Priority is given to businesses that meet the following criteria:

• Women-led businesses: Where a woman is the founder, co-founder, or holds a key leadership position (e.g., CEO, COO, CFO) and plays an active role in strategic decision-making and direction.
• Businesses led by persons with disabilities: Where the business is founded or co-founded by a person with a disability, or where a person with a disability holds a key leadership role and contributes meaningfully to the business’s vision and operations.
• Businesses based outside major cities: Businesses located in underserved or less urban areas of Indonesia. Men entrepreneurs may apply only if their business is based outside major metropolitan areas (Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, or Makassar).
