Instellar Impact worked with EcoNusa to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study, market assessment, and strategic business planning for KOBUMI Gallery in Sorong, West Papua. Our work covered supply, demand, and ecosystem analysis; stakeholder mapping; business model design; a three-year strategic roadmap; and financial projections. The project aimed to strengthen market access, competitiveness, and sustainability for indigenous and local entrepreneurs in Eastern Indonesia.
