Instellar Impact collaborated with ForBlue to localize and pilot its diagnosis and navigation tool for the Indonesian market. Our work involved reviewing and adapting the tool and guide to make it relevant for local landscape, identifying partners and pilot ventures, and developing the Indonesian version of the navigation platform and supporting materials. Through collaboration with selected ventures, Instellar Impact conducted diagnostic assessments, facilitated navigator sessions, and gathered user feedback to refine the tool. The result provided ForBlue with a localized and field-tested tool to support local enterprises in tackling ocean-related challenges.
