Instellar & IKEA Social Entrepreneurship Accelerator
Are you building a business that uplifts vulnerable communities – or transforming your traditional business into a socially responsible one? Scale your business and impact with tailored support, expert mentorship, and connections with IKEA co-workers worldwide.
Peer Learning
Entrepreneurs will join collaborative learning sessions for knowledge exchange, peer support, and community building.
Loan Disbursement & Technical Assistance
Core cohort: Entrepreneurs will receive the loan, comprehensive training in impact leadership, personal growth, financial literacy, cash flow management, as well as 1-on-1 mentoring to support business growth and effective loan utilization. Support cohort: Entrepreneurs will complete an intensive two-month programme focused on strengthening financial literacy, cash flow management, business planning, and investment readiness.
Onboarding
Selected entrepreneurs will sign an agreement then join onboarding sessions, bootcamps, and business assessments to uncover key challenges and define clear goals for their growth journey.
Verification & Analysis
Shortlisted applicants will join interviews and undergo due diligence. Applicants who pass will join the core cohort and proceed to credit assessment. Applicants with potential but require further support will join the support cohort where they will receive intensive financial literacy training to build loan readiness.
Registration
Applicants submit all required documents for initial review.
In addition, businesses that create social and/or environmental impact through their business activities will also be viewed favorably and may be prioritised.
