The workshop aims to nurture leadership both on personal and interpersonal levels. The aim of self-leadership is to achieve more integration between the actions of the individual with their core values by exploring their deeper motivation, fears and obstacles for personal growth. The inter-personal leadership tools used in the workshop will explore the potential of collective leadership as an alternative for the more typical hierarchical leadership structures in enterprise development. To unlock valuable social capital that can come from good relationships, the workshop will also consciously provide space for meaningful connection between participants.
Impact Planning and Measurements Workshop
Social enterprises are established first to create impact. Conducting businesses is a means for social enterprises to ensure that intended impact can last. Therefore, it is important for social enterprises to undergo a process of impact planning and measurement. This process is to ensure that social enterprises are executing actions towards achieving their intended original causes. On the other hand, there is a rising need required by other stakeholders such as potential investors, and public to know how social enterprises have proven their intended impact.
