ImpactX Perspectives 2023 – A Platform to Share Impactful Business Knowledge

JAKARTA (11 June 2023) – Instellar together with Crevisse Partners successfully held the ImpactX Perspectives 2023 event at the Westin Jakarta hotel. This exclusive event is a meeting place for teams, alumni, partners and investors to exchange knowledge about their respective industries and professional expertise with the aim of forming a strong impactpreneur network so that they can create a wider impact in the future.

ImpactX itself is a sustainable trading program created by Crevisse Partners and supported by KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency). This program aims to find businesses that can become pioneers, create reliable business leaders, market cross-border trade and provide investment for impactful businesses. In Indonesia, Crevisse Partners is working with Instellar to launch ImpactX and look for sustainable businesses that are in line with the objectives of this program.

In the ImpactX Perspectives 2023 event, various speakers with diverse backgrounds were invited, such as Bambang Brodjonegoro, former minister of Research & Technology in Indonesia who now serves as main commissioner of PT. Telkom, and Jaehyun Kim as the founder & CEO of Crevisse Partners. The two speakers discussed the importance of private equity and blended finance schemes.

In addition, the ImpactX Perspectives 2023 event also discussed how to become an impactful businessman in the energy and environment as well as forestry and agriculture sectors. For example studying the latest issues around new energy, understanding the challenges that exist in Indonesia’s environmental, forestry and agricultural industries. Not only that, the discussion also continued to discuss perspectives regarding collaboration from various agencies such as government, academics, practitioners and ecosystem builders.

Not only attended by qualified speakers, the ImpactX Perspectives 2023 event also presented big guests such as Kijune Kim as Executive Vice President, Sustainability Management from Korea Zinc, Cheryl Gilbert as Expansion & Development Manager from IKEA Indonesia, Cynthia Krisanti as Director of the Pijar Foundation and also Astri Arini Waluyo as Public Policy & Government Relations Associate from GOTO.

Through ImpactX Perspectives 2023, Instellar seeks to connect investors and key players from various industries with social entrepreneurs with the aim of helping impact businesses have a stronger and wider impact in their respective industries.
