Oxfam onboarded Instellar Impact as the implementing partner for the Gender Transformative and Responsible Agribusiness Investments in South East Asia (GRAISEA) program in Indonesia, focusing on the shrimp supply chain. We worked with five social enterprises to assess gender inclusion practices using self-assessment tools we specifically formulated for the project, then supported them in integrating Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) into their operations. Outcomes included adoption of gender equality policies, improved leadership skills for women, and long-term strategic planning to embed gender lens into business growth.
