UPPAYA (Usaha Pemudi Pemuda Berdaya) Program

UPPAYA Training Program (Usaha Pemudi Pemuda Berdaya) is an empowerment program for young people in West Sumbawa Regency (KSB) initiated by PT AMMAN and implemented by Instellar. With the success of the first batch of UPPAYA which has been going on since September 2022 until now, as well as to respond the high enthusiasm for this program, Instellar proudly presents the second batch of UPPAYA!

Participant Criteria

• Domiciled in Jereweh/Maluk/Sekongkang District
• Committed to participating in this program to completion
• The business team consists of 1-3 young people aged 18-30 years old
• Has a clear initial business idea
• The business has not been run OR has been running for less than 1 year

Program Activity Details

• Understanding customer needs
• Formulating a business idea
• Making products/services that meet customer needs
• Product/service marketing trial
• Developing a business plan
