He co-founded Instellar to accelerate social innovations in purpose-driven companies through incubation, advisory, and investment. A respected thought leader, he is frequently invited to share his insights and perspectives at international conferences. He currently chairs Indonesia Impact Alliance.

With more than 10 years of consulting experience, Adisti is an expert in strategic planning, market research, and financial and commercial due diligence. A versatile professional, she has worked with corporates, investors, and social enterprises across industries, including agriculture, aquaculture, waste management, and renewable energy. Prior to joining Instellar, she was with FCB, Telkom International, and Deloitte.
