Lokasoka had three objectives:

• To have their strategic business plan reviewed
• To adjust their financial projection and valuation
• To be matched with a suitable investor and assisted during the negotiation process

In the first phase of our eight-month assistance, we began by assessing Lokasoka’s strategic business plan and conducting market research to get a thorough understanding of industry trends and value chain. In the process of reviewing their strategic plan, we identified several improvements they could apply to enhance their value chain and make their operations more effective.
