Instellar supported Investing in Women in strengthening Business Coalitions (IBCWE, PBCWE, and BCGE) as they transitioned from nonprofit organizations into sustainable social enterprises. Through a series of consulting engagements, Instellar provided strategic planning, market research, organizational performance support, and capacity-building to help the coalitions develop stronger business models, reduce grant dependency, and build long-term sustainability while continuing to advance women’s economic empowerment in Southeast Asia.
