Project Overview

UPPAYA (Usaha Pemuda-Pemudi Berdaya) is an economic empowerment and entrepreneurship program supporting young people in West Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, to build and grow sustainable businesses. Initiated by PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (AMMAN) in partnership with Instellar Impact, the program provided participants with business capacity building, mentoring, and opportunities to connect with fellow entrepreneurs and ecosystem partners. Over the course of the program, UPPAYA participants developed 14 new or improved MSME products, while strengthening their skills in areas such as product development, pricing, and business management.
