Waste4Change Secured Investation Funding for 70,000 USD

Waste4Change, a social enterprise that provides responsible waste management solutions, won the 2023 Climate Impact Innovation Challenge program with the proposal “Circular Business Model for Low Value Plastic Recovery from Marine Environment.” Along with this victory, Waste4Change has successfully secured investment funds worth of US$70,000 from Rumah Group which will be used to optimize the management of Low Value Plastic into economically viable products.

Several years ago, Waste4Change participated in programs implemented by Instellar, namely the DBS Foundation SE Bootcamp 2019 and The King Sejong and Jang Yeong-sil Prize 2020.

Besides that, Waste4Change has also been a client of Instellar Impact Advisory, Instellar’s business unit that focuses on providing professional guidance to investors, entrepreneurs, and non-governmental organizations to help accelerate their social and financial mission. In 2018, Instellar Impact Advisory provided financial planning assistance for Waste4Change. Continuing in 2020, Instellar Impact Advisory provided a consultancy in the form of fundraising assistance. This assistance was given to prepare Waste4Change for Series A fundraising.
