Instellar Impact worked with Change.org Indonesia to design a transformation pathway from a donor-dependent NGO into an impact-driven enterprise under PT Dinamo Perubahan Indonesia. The engagement included organizational readiness assessments, co-creation workshops, market and industry research, business model development, and multi-year financial planning. Instellar also facilitated governance restructuring, capacity building, and business validation. By combining internal competency mapping with external market analysis, the project produced concrete service offerings, pricing strategies, and financial scenarios. This provided Change with clear roadmaps, governance frameworks, and operational tools to become self-sufficient while sustaining its social mission.
